This year we've been working hard behind-the-scenes on all kinds of technical projects including our latest [open-source library](https://github.com/Robots4Humanity/django-reactions) for adding reactions (likes/dislikes) support into Django websites.
To celebrate all our hard work we're hosting a **technical summit** where we'll present our work-in-progress projects over pizza!
## What's it about?
The aim is to give you an opportunity get involved with our technical projects whether you're an experienced software developer or just interested in what we're up to.
We'll have time for open discussion at each presentation where we'll go through any questions or suggestions you may have.
## Who should come?
Anyone who's interested! It doesn't matter if you're an experienced software developer or just starting out - all you need is an interest in technology.
## When?
We'll be holding it over pizza from **6pm until ~8pm** on **Wednesday July 18th**.
## Where?
[Boxpark Shoreditch](https://www.boxpark.co.uk/locations/shoreditch/) - We'll meet outside Boxpark at around 6pm so we can walk over together.
## Can I bring friends?
Of course! The more people we have over pizza together then better!

As our Robotics Artist you’ll be responsible for designing robots that solve real-world problems.
### Responsibilities
The role involves:
* Designing concepts based around requirements provided by clients or members.
* Creating technical drawings and schematics needed during prototyping.
* Using CAD tools such as Fusion360 or Solidworks when required.
* Collaborating closely with clients or members during design process.
* Prototyping designs either physically or virtually depending upon requirements.
* Making changes required during prototyping stage before finalising designs.
### Qualifications & Experience Required
Applicants must:
* Have excellent communication skills both written & verbal.
* Be able demonstrate proficiency using CAD tools such as Fusion360
